BEGINNER YOGA Video

YOGA FOR CRUISERS Series One

This series of three videos is filmed on location in Annapolis, MD, Miami, FL, and Key West, FL.  Each practice is approximately 40 minutes and designed to be done in limited space.  These yoga practices are designed with the cruising boater/sailor in mind.  Two of the practices are seated and can be done in your cockpit, dinette, on deck, or wherever on your boat you have the space.  Each targets a specific area of the body stressed by life aboard.  You don’t need any special gear, just a yoga strap or sail tie, a yoga mat or beach towel and some comfy clothes.  These practices do not use your boat or it’s rigging as a jungle gym.  For correct joint alignment, safety, and injury prevention, we do not recommend that at any time.  Each video also includes bonus footage of Tobin’s Dinghy Tours in which you get a fist hand tour of each anchorage, it’s docks, amenities, and local color.  Stay strong, flexible, and fit while living your dreams.  If you wish to purchase a hard copy DVD, please email us at info@yogaforcruisers.com.

END OF DAY RELEASE Audio

Recorded live at Exhale: Center for Sacred Movement in Venice, CA (2008), this 75 minute class is a level 2 practice with the end of the work day in mind.  Focusing on the large muscles of the back, legs and shoulders Jamie works with this class to release the stresses of the day while relaxing and strengthening tired muscles.  Among other poses, you will work with headstands, forearm balances and twisting triangle.  Any audio practice is designed for the practitioner that knows most poses and is comfortable practicing without visual cues. Click on the “Add to Cart” link below to access your instant download.

LOW BACK AND HIPS Audio

MORNING ENERGY Audio
